The need for independent living among the elderly cannot be overstated or overlooked. After years of working in different nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, rehab facilities, and other healthcare facilities, we realized there was a need for individualized person-centered care for people who need care but feel they have no choice except to be in facilities. The caregiver-to-resident ratio is overwhelming to both staff and the patient/resident. To bring a balance to this unfairness in service there is a need for people who can provide this person-centered kind of care in clients’ homes. There are home care agencies, however the need for care does not seem to be satisfied. Pal Home Care LLC was established so that the elders and people who need care can get care of their choice in the comfort of their homes and other communities.
